Welcome to NG Business Directory ("the Directory," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website, including listing a business, creating an account, or browsing any content, you ("User," "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Directory.

2. Services Provided and Eligibility

The NG Business Directory indexes local businesses in Nigeria to make them readily accessible. Our core services include:

• Business Listing: Allowing owners to list their Nigerian businesses (providing Name, Address, Phone number (NAP)).
• Search Functionality: Allowing Users to find businesses based in Nigeria.
• Local SEO Profile Building: Providing opportunities for businesses to enhance their local search ranking visibility.

Eligibility: Only local businesses based in Nigeria are eligible for listing on the Directory.

3. User Accounts and Listing Responsibility

To list a business, you must create an account.

• Accuracy: You warrant that all information you provide for your listing is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. You are responsible for correcting any outdated or erroneous information.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including listings, whether you use Google sign-in or email authentication.
• Multiple Listings: You may list or add multiple businesses under a single User account, provided each business meets the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• License: By listing content, you grant NG Business Directory a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content to operate and promote the Directory, including visibility on search engines like Google and Bing.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to use the Directory to post, transmit, or link to any content that is:

• Illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive.
• Defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harassing.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Containing malware, viruses, or any other destructive programming.

We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any business listing or content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or harmful, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Directory and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any business listing.

The presence of a business in the Directory is not an endorsement or recommendation. We are not responsible for the quality or suitability of any goods or services offered by listed businesses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NG Business Directory will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Directory or any reliance on the information contained within it.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
